TherapyPets Sponsorship Program Form (45k)

Now others may help support TherapyPets Volunteer teams with the Team Sponsorship Program. This program allows the sponsor to support the TherapyPets volunteer team of their choice. The sponsorship donation includes the volunteer’s annual renewal fee.

Sponsorship of the TherapyPets volunteer team defrays the costs of TherapyPets activities. A TherapyPets Volunteer Team Sponsorship Form is enclosed. When a TherapyPets team is sponsored, TherapyPets will issue:

1. A Certificate of Recognition to the sponsor. (sample Certification of Recognition)

2. A special badge listing the sponsor’s name (or not, if requested) to the volunteer team

A Note on PDF forms:

These forms are 'PDF"-type files and require the Adobe [brand] Acrobat 'Reader' to be able to read and print the forms. If you do not have the 'Reader' program yet, you can get a free copy from the Adobe.com web site. The 'Reader' program is both free and easy to use.

To obtain the 'Reader' program, you need to visit the Adobe.com web site and download the free file. TherapyPets provides a convenient link to the Adobe site. (If downloading a file and such seems unfamiliar, it may be time to call in the eleven year old or other computer-savvy person of the family to help out at this point.)
